I’m Katrina - coach, matrescence mentor, and imperfect mum.
I know this terrain well, because I’ve lived it.
I spent years holding it all together, quietly wondering why “having it all” felt so heavy.
When I went through my own matrescence, I kept waiting for someone to see me, not just the mother version of me.
That support didn’t exist, so I built it.
This work was born from that season, from the nights I lay awake, holding my baby and losing pieces of myself in the dark.
I wanted to make sure no woman ever had to feel invisible inside her own life again.
My mission is simple:
To help you feel like the lead character again - at home, at work, and in yourself.
Because motherhood will reshape you.
