Somewhere along the way, ‘having it all’ turned into holding it all.

And no one warned you what it would cost.

You were never meant to juggle it all.
You were just told you should.
And because you could, you did.

Until coping started

Foggy head. Full brain. Half-finished thoughts running in the background like tabs that never fully close.

You keep circling that same decision, feeling indecisive - like you should have done it by now.

Coming back feels awkward 😳  I’ve taken a long break. Not just from socials, but from anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary.

Some of it was Summer.
Some of it was the back-to-school palaver.
But mostly, I just needed space.
